"Meeting The Needs"
Accomplishments:
It's great that I was not late! getting to be used on my duties as a teacher. For the first day I met my Cooperating teacher, she was kind and open to me. I had the opportunity to observe situations in different classrooms,where there were different learners.
Significant Experiences:
I really enjoy facilitating our students when my cooperating teacher allow me to have team-teaching in her class. I am applying a lot of what I've learned in previous lessons about classroom management and principles of teaching.
Some of our students reflects my attitude before in high school life (being degraded when I took mistake on answering and not doing well on any activities caused a lot in my total personality) I will not tolerate that will happen to any of my students.
Insights:
When I observed the classes of my cooperating teacher,I observed that some of the students were not behaving well. Engaging more sufficient communication through expression engage students to sense practices in disciplining their selves as they learn.
Problems:
When I asked my cooperating teacher to borrow her guide in making lesson plan, I was unable to understand the concepts on how to teach the lesson. I am not favor of the guides used by K-12 Program,the literary pieces and guide questions were not suitable enough for the cognitive level of the students such as having a standard for a life time partner for Grade VII.
Solutions:
I have to be creative enough to teach the subject matter as much I will meet the interests and learning needs of the students and get only some important goals of the guide of K12 curriculum.
Goals For Next Week:
To improve my performance I plan on learning where everything is a stadium. When I am going to teach my class co-learning and co-teaching should be present to promote self-explanatory knowledge and caught quickly about the lesson not only for academic purpose but also on personal growth of my students.
